Service Description
Acupuncture, along with Chinese herbal medicine, comprise the two pillars of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Acupuncture aims to restore/rebalance the health of the body by utilising fine needles inserted into specific acupuncture points along channels/meridians that are connected to organ to affect the Chi (Qi) of the body. This Qi has a direct relationship to the health and wellbeing of our mind, body & spirit. Thus poor lifestyle choices, external climatic factors, diet, held emotional stress, insomnia, depletion, chronic pain and injuries (to name a few) are clinically shown to impact the Qi of the body. Dysfunction of body Qi can lead to acute and chronic illness. Payments can be made with cash or online banking. We do not provide EFTPOS. Rebates are available for members of eligible private health funds via a receipt.
